Product Returns / Refunds in street stores
Style/size/color exchanges for products purchased online are possible in all Gianna Kazakou street stores included in this list. Product refunds, though, must be done online, through our Product Return Service.
The Gianna Kazakou Online Product Return Service
In case you would like to return a product you purchased from our shop for any reason (size/color/style exchange, replacement, repair or refund), you will first have to create a Return Request with the required information by following the link below:
As soon as your request has been processed by our staff, you will receive an email notification with your request's approval and directions on how to perform the product return.
All products being returned must be packed in their original packaging/boxes. If for any reason the outer packing bag is not available at the time of the return, a different plastic bag of your choice must be used, so that the package is adequately protected during transportation.
As soon as the products are shipped, you must click the "Confirm Shipping" link in your Return Request's page, so that our systems are updated. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your return and another one concerning the final approval of your request.
In case you would like a size/color/style exchange, you will have to place a new order for the desired exchange product as soon as your request has been approved. Please note that you must carefully fill in your Return Request number in the relevant field during the new order placement, since you will be normally charged for the new product if you do not.
In order to be served faster and more effectively, we strongly advise the use of our shop's Return Request functionality instead of using traditional email/telephone methods
Product Replacements
In case you want to replace the item you purchased with another item - and only when the item has not been used - please create a Return Request within 14 days after the delivery of your order and make the return shipment within 3 days after the approval of the Request.
Replacements in Greece
For orders within Greece, the first replacement is free of charge, unless the replacement product value is less than € 30,00 or the product is listed under the Bazaar section, in which case there is a shipping charge of € 3,00 (or free using ). For every replacement after the first, you will be automatically charged for € 4,50 per product + € 1,5 per per shipment (or € 2,50 per product + € 1,5 per per shipment using ) upon the placement of the replacement order.
International Replacements
For international orders, the customer makes the return shipment on his/her expense and is charged for the replacement shipment according to the normal rates (depending on country of destination).
Specifically for orders from Cyprus, the option of returning the products using Geniki Taxydromiki or and declaring a recipient charge is provided. Should you choose one of these methods, there will be a per-product € 8,00 supercharge (Geniki Taxydromiki) or a per-package € 12,00 supercharge () on your replacement order shipping costs.
Wrong Items
In case the item you received is not the same with the item you ordered, please create a Return Request within 5 days after the delivery of your order and make the return shipment within 3 days after the approval of the Request.
There will be no charge for the replacement of the item.
Defective Items
In case a products turns up to be defective within a period of 6 months after purchase, we undertake the obligation to repair it, or even replace it with a new one (if it is impossible to repair), without any charge. As soon as you discover the defect, please create a Return Request, in order to receive instructions about the return/replacement/refund process. Should it be decided that the item must be replaced and there is no availability at the time, you will have to chose between either a replacement by some other, equal-valued item of your choice or a full or partial refund. The refund amount in the case of used defective products is calculated by the initial value, decreased by 10% for every month between the initial purchase and the refund.
Refunds
If, for any other reason, you would like to return the product you purchased without being interested in replacing it with another item, please create a Return Request within 14 days after the delivery of your order and make the return shipment within 3 days after the approval of the Request. After the item is returned and it is proven that the item has not been used in any way, we will refund your money (including any transportation costs you might have paid). If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to your bank account within 15 days from the day we receive the returned items.
In cases of refund, you will only be charged with the value of the return of the product to us, since the return of the product must be carried out on your expenses. If you reside in Greece or Cyprus and choose to return the product using Geniki Taxydromiki with a recipient charge, the amount of € 6,00 or € 8,00 per item, respectively, will be deducted from your refund in order to cover the transportation cost. Alternatively, you can also return your order using with a per-item charge of € 4,00 (Greece) or a per-package charge of € 12,00 (Cyprus).
Furthermore, in the rare case that the refunded product had previously been exchanged for free, there will be an extra charge of € 6,00 to cover the exchange shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount of the final refund.
