Payment Methods

Gianna Kazakou Online offers the following payment methods:

1. Cash On Delivery (COD)

You can pay the courier, cash, upon receiving the product(s).

This is a secure and easy method of paying for your orders. The delivery personel from the courier company will present you with your parcel at your designated address and issue you a receipt after paying in cash.

Cash on delivery is only available as an option for orders with a delivery address within Greece, Cyprus and the Balkan countries and does not require the use of a acredit card.

2. Credit Card

Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, Diners, where you have the option of a budget purchase of 3,6 and 12 instalments (when using credit cards issued by most of the greek banks).

Purchases using a credit card at Gianna Kazakou Online, are completely safe. You can read more information in the section Secure Purchasing and Personal Details.

To make your purchase with a credit card, you will have to complete the form, upon completion of your purchases, which requires you to furnish details of your full name, credit card number, expiry date, and the three digit number which is on the reverse side of the card (CCV). If your credit card is supported by our instalments programme, you will be prompted to chose the number of installments after filling in the credit card number.

3. PayPal

By selecting PayPal as your method of payment, you will be using one of the safest and most secure means of payment, renowned internationally.

As soon as you have completed the required fields and furnished all your credit card details to PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure Paypal website, where you will have an option to either login using your existing Paypal account or just fill in your credit card information and complete the transaction.

When you use Paypal for your payments, you do not have to provide your credit card information to all e-commerce sites you buy from, but only to Paypal. This makes your shopping experience more suecure and easy.

4. Bank Transfer

Should any of the above methods of payment not facilitate you, you have the option of making a bank transfer directly to the bank account below. In this case, your order will be on hold until the payment confirmation has been received by our accounting department.
