The Gianna Kazakou company group specializes in the production, wholesale and retailing of shoes, leather goods and accessories.

It was established in 1978 when the first retail store with the brand Mocassino was opened. After about 15 years, this brand, which even in our days is still a synonym of fashion, quality and good service, was decided to be replaced. That is how the brand Mocassino - Gianna Kazakou was born, which was gradually replaced by Gianna Kazakou - Mocassino and finally by today's Gianna Kazakou.

During the period of more than 30 years between it's initial establishment and the present day, the evolution of the company has been rapid. Originating from a small shoe store in the center of Athens, it ended up being one of the biggest and most well-known shoe companies in Greece, with 17 retail stores and more than 100 cooperating companies, both in Greece and abroad. At the same time, trying to cover the needs of it's ever increasing customers in more efficient ways, it developed new, more economical collections of ladies' and men's shoes with the brands Esthissis and GK Uomo, respectively, which quickly became very popular.
